Patwawa Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your Patwawa purchase. If it doesn't fit perfectly, please contact us so we can make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging.
- Item must be free of odor and dog hair.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges
- Email info@patwawa.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your returned items, we will send your exchange items.
Returns

- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return items must be in new condition; otherwise, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.
- Once we receive your returned items, we will issue your refund or store credit.
Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order upon reception.
- Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
- Worn or used items (items with odor or pet hair) cannot be returned.
- Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
