Where do you ship?

We ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. For Micronesia, the Marshall Islands or Palau, email [email protected] before ordering so we can arrange delivery. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or military AA / AE / AP addresses.

How much is shipping?

Orders under 1 lb ship for $4.99. Orders weighing 1 lb or more ship for $9.99. Shipping is free when your product subtotal is $75 or more. Economy delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch; this is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Which bandana size should I choose?

Measure your dog’s neck and check our bandana size guide. Leave enough room for two fingers. Size up if you want extra length for a bow. Raincoat and cooling vest measurements are still being confirmed; email us before choosing a size.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Email us within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the condition requirements in our Return & Exchange policy, and return shipping is at your cost. Please contact us before sending anything back. Custom products, worn or used items, final sale items and gift cards are excluded. See the full policy for inspection and refund details.

Do I need an account?

No. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. After payment, save the private order link shown on your confirmation page to view your order, shipping status and return requests. If you lose the link, email us with your order number.
